Adventist Care in Rossmoyne is seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team. This full-time position*, with an immediate start, is a key role in our organization, serving as the first point of contact for our community, and providing essential administrative support to our dedicated team.
Role Overview: As the Receptionist, you will greet visitors, manage calls, handle mail, and perform a variety of administrative tasks that ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization. You will be integral to the success of the entire team, managing sensitive information, and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
Essential
• Receptionist experience
• Strong customer service and administrative skills
• Friendly and welcoming disposition that reflects Adventist Care values
• Willingness to work within the Christian ethos of Adventist Care
• Strong organizational skills with good self-initiative and time management
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency
• Ability to prioritize work in a complex environment
• Professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential information
Desirable
• Certificate III or IV in Business (or equivalent)
• Aged Care experience
Work Times:
• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
